How do you handle communication and updates throughout the project?
We use email, Basecamp, and Slack for easy communication, file sharing, and full awareness of where things are at. You’ll have weekly status meetings with your project manager and easy access anyone on the team for questions.
How do you adjust for multiple time zones?
We have staff across the country and around the world. We will make sure your team can adapt to your schedule needs.
Can we meet our project and account managers before signing the SOW?
